A little more intention

You don’t need
a whole new you.

You might want to feel more secure in yourself, make more time for what looks after you, or finally give an idea a place in your week.

The Method brings those things together. A more structured space to explore what matters to you and practise it in everyday life.

Start where you are.

Choose the course that feels relevant. You don’t have to work on everything at once.

Make it practical.

The proposed format pairs learning with reflection and small things to try.

Keep the wider picture.

The free resources, Society and EO IRL are there to explore alongside your interests.

Here’s where we’re heading.

Explore the proposed themes. This is a curriculum preview, not a live course dashboard.

Proposed course direction

A little more self-trust.

Start with the way you see yourself. Explore how you speak to yourself, the choices you make and the small things you can practise.

01Self-love — a kinder inner conversation
02Self-trust — following through in small ways
03Perspective — room for another way of seeing it
Explore the Confidence course
Proposed course direction

A little more room for you.

Look at the everyday routines around food, movement and rest. The direction is practical and flexible, with final teaching details still to be confirmed.

01Nutrition — everyday food routines
02Movement — finding what fits your life
03Sleep — making space to wind down
Explore the Balance course

02Habits — small actions to return to
03Goals — a next step you can name
04Money — priorities and everyday organisation

A note from Holly

I’m building this
for real life.

There’s a reason Escape Ordinary brings Confidence, Balance and Success together. I care about all three: how we feel about ourselves, how we look after ourselves, and what we want to make of our lives.

The Method is the more structured part of that idea. I’m creating somewhere to pause, learn and practise, without expecting you to have everything figured out first.

It’s still taking shape. I’m sharing the direction now so you can find what resonates and come along for what’s next.

A few things you might be wondering

Before you
begin.

A little clarity about what’s planned, what’s still taking shape and how you can take part.

Yes. Confidence, Balance and Success are being developed as separate courses. There will also be an option to take all three as the complete EO Method.

It brings the three courses together in the suggested order: Confidence → Balance → Success. It is not a fourth course or a requirement to complete one pillar before exploring another.

Launch dates, prices, delivery details and final inclusions have not been announced. The waiting list is for updates when those decisions are ready to share.

No. They show the proposed direction, not a fixed syllabus or a finished learning platform. Final lessons and resources will be confirmed before enrolment opens.

No inclusion has been announced. The Society and EO IRL are separate parts of Escape Ordinary; any connection to course access will be explained with the final offer.

Absolutely. Visit the Learn hub, explore the free pillar pages or get to know the Society. You do not need to wait for a course to get involved.
